My family went through Empowerment Construction and we are so GLAD that we did! We got orders
for Fort Benning and had never bought a home before. We weren't even considering buying, until my
husband talked to Matt about the benefits.
We were unsure about buying a house site unseen. My husband, being the skeptic, called other
realtors to get info on the area and ask about the builders. We found out that the builders use the
best
products, like hardy plank siding and build a quality home.
They had many homes to choose from and were so flexible...they sent us photos...answered all our
questions...we even got to pick out our appliances and counter tops! With all the benefits of buying
instead of renting...the only regret we have is not purchasing earlier! We love our new neighborhood
and I truly feel at home in Fort Benning!

before we left Kansas and he gave us all the info we asked for but we still did not desire to
purchase a home at the time.
When we got into town we met up with Matt and he was extremely helpful. We finally decided that

"We moved from Alaska and were only able to look at homes on the internet. When I spoke to Matt,
he was very knowledgeable about the area and informed us of the BRAC movement that was
happening, which helped us decide to purchase our home.
We were told that we would have temporary housing on post until we found a place, but when we
arrived this was not the case and we had to find a place, or stay in a hotel until we did. We needed
a house that was move in ready. Matt showed us 4 houses in the subdivision and offered us some
great incentives. Plus, they let us move in as soon as we put a contract on the home, which made
our hotel stay as short as possible.
We are very happy with our house and not to be living on post. We love the subdivision that we live
in, the neighbors are great and I feel very safe in my home.

For our first 5 months at Fort Benning we rented our house. We love the subdivision that we are in
and Matt offered us such a good deal that we decided to buy the house we were in.
We are very pleased with our decision. Matt helped make a huge, hard move a lot easier. For that
